Revision Courses Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a course, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your course more than 30 days before your course start date, then you will be able to get a 100% refund on your course fees. However, if you cancel the course less than 30 days before the course start date, we may not be able to issue a refund for your course fees. This will depend on whether the course is full and whether there is another student on a waiting list. All refund requests should be sent to insights@diplomainsights.com

We aim to run all courses advertised. However, in the event that we are unable to run a course, you will be contacted and offered private online tuition, an alternative course or a full refund.

 By enrolling in our DP2 revision courses or using our online tutoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Enrollment is confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received, as specified in the course registration form.
• Diploma Insights reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment at our discretion.
• Parent must provide accurate personal and contact information for both themselves and students.

• Course fees are due at the time of registration.
• Fees include tuition, course materials, and access to online resources.
• All payments are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Diploma Insights, or a cancellation request is received 30 days before course start date

• Diploma Insights reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course tutors, schedules, or venues.
• Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students as soon as possible.
• Course sessions are subject to minimum and maximum student numbers. If a course is under-subscribed, we may reschedule, combine, or cancel sessions.

• If a student withdraws from a course, fees paid are non-refundable, though course materials may be provided where appropriate.
• Refunds will not be issued for, missed sessions due to student absence, late arrivals or incomplete attendance, Error made when registering for a course or personal preference issues unrelated to course content or delivery
• Requests for deferral to a future course will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• We may offer full or partial refunds for medical emergencies (with valid documentation) or bereavement or serious family situations
• Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, please email us at insights@diplomainsights.com with Student’s full name, Course name, Reason for the refund
• We will process all refund requests within 7 business days.

• During the revision course, students are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct which can be found in the Student's Guide

• All course materials, including presentations, worksheets, and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of Diploma Insights.
• Materials are provided for personal study only and must not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
• All materials will be shared until the end of the Nov 26 exam session

• Diploma Insights collects and stores personal information to facilitate enrollment, course delivery, and communication.
• We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Photos and videos may be taken during courses, workshops, or events to highlight student participation. 
• Images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless parents or students inform us otherwise in writing at insights@diplomainsights/com
• Parents or students can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will remove future use of their images where possible

• Diploma Insights makes every effort to provide high-quality educational services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including exam outcomes.
• Students participate in courses at their own risk, including any travel or personal arrangements.

• Students and parents are encouraged to provide feedback.
• Any feedback or complaint should be shared promptly and directed to insights@diplomainsights, and we will respond promptly and professionally. 

By enrolling in a Diploma Insights course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
