At Diploma Insight we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our IBDP revision courses.

• Full Refund
  Available for requests made 30 days or more before the course start date.
• No Refund
  Applies to requests made less than 30 days before the course begins or once the course has started. 

To request a refund, please email us at insights@diplomainsights.com with:

• Student’s full name
• Course name
• Reason for the refund

We process all refund requests within 7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed sessions due to student absence
• Late arrivals or incomplete attendance
• Error made when registering for a course
• Personal preference issues unrelated to course content or delivery

We may offer full or partial refunds for:

• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
• Bereavement or serious family situations

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a course is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course at no additional cost.
